Donation Refund Policy

At FURIDA, we sincerely appreciate every donation and contribution made to support our social initiatives. Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are used for charitable and welfare activities.

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the donation date, along with complete transaction details for verification.

Refunds will not be applicable for:

• Donations already utilized for ongoing programs or campaigns
• Donations for which tax exemption certificates have already been issued

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
